Remote Support
Microsomma is now able to offer all exsisting and new clients remote support.
When you have a problem which doesn't necessarily warrant a call out but for which you need support, David can now connect and share control of your computer remotely to resolve your issues quickly, securely, and at a very reasonable price.
This is a completely secure system and you will have control of your computer all the time David is connected. There is no software to install. You simply run the Microsomma Remote Support program then click to establish your connection and wait to be authenticated by David. After your problem has been resolved, David will disconnect and the remote session will end.
Payment for this service is charged at £10 for up to 30 minutes support, plus £10 for every additional half an hour or part of used thereafter. (Most issues are resolved within the first 30 minutes)
Instructions for use
1. Call 0845 0170772 / 07796 346526 and speak to David.
2. Click the button below and run the Microsomma Remote Support program.
3. Double click Establish Connection and wait to be authenticated by David.
4. David will connect and resolve your problems quickly and efficiently.
